1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or boneless chicken thighs, defrosted
½ C chicken broth
½ C teriyaki sauce
1/3 C brown sugar, packed
½ T onion powder
4 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp ground black pepper
Place chicken at the bottom of slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over. Cook on low 6-7 hours or on high for 4 hours. Remove chicken from crock pot. Shred, and return to slow cooker.
Serve over rice or rice noodles.
