Originally from Betty Crocker. I've simplified it a bit. This is awesome in fajitas or burritos!!

Slow Cooker Barbecued Pulled Pork

1 boneless pork loin roast, (1½ to 2½ pounds)
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 C barbecue sauce
¾ C salsa
1 T chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp salt

Place pork in 3- to 4-quart slow cooker. Place onion on top. Mix barbecue sauce, salsa, chili powder and cumin in small bowl; pour over pork and onion. Cover and cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.

Shred pork, using 2 forks, and mix well with sauce. Stir in salt. Increase heat setting to High. Cover and cook 30 minutes more.

Serve with tortillas, guacamole, shredded cheese, etc.
