Mmmm, so good!! I found this on AllRecipes one day when I needed to use up some blueberries.

Lemon (or Lime) Blueberry Bread

1½ C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/3 C butter, melted
1 C sugar
3 T lemon or lime juice
2 eggs
½ C milk
2 T grated lemon or lime zest (optional)
½ tsp each lemon and orange extracts
1 C fresh or frozen blueberries

2 T lemon or lime juice
¼ C sugar

Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease an 8x4" loaf pan.

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt, and set aside. In another bowl, beat together butter, 1 C sugar, juice, and eggs. stir dry ingredients into egg mixture alternately with milk. Fold in lemon zest, extracts, and blueberries. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool bread in pan for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine lemon juice and 1/4 C sugar in a small bowl. Remove bread from pan and drizzle with glaze. Cool on a wire rack.
