I found this at Just a Pinch and it is amazing! Throw everything in the blender, then bake. When it cools, a perfect pie crust has formed!!

Magic Crust Custard Pie

¼ C butter, melted and cooled slightly
4 eggs
¾ C sugar
1 pinch salt
2 C milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ C flour

Put first 7 ingredients into a blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Pour into buttered 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Cool completely, then refrigerate overnight.

To make coconut custard, add 1 C sweetened flaked (or shredded) coconut before blending.
