Easy, fast, delicious.
About 2 pounds baby red potatoes, washed
3 T olive oil
1 peeled, crushed clove garlic
1 tsp coarse salt
1 T each fresh chopped rosemary and thyme (if fresh herbs are not available, substitute 1 tsp each of dried)
Place potatoes in a heavy medium-sized fry pan with oil. Cook for 25 minutes on low heat, occasionally rolling the pan to evenly brown the potatoes. Add seasonings. Cover pan and cook until done, about 10 minutes more.
