This is fast and easy, and the kids like it. Serve it with cornbread.

Quick Barbecued Chicken and Bean Casserole

2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ bottle barbecue sauce
2-3 cans baked beans

Preheat oven to 400°. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then brown it in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Spoon beans into a 9" X 12" baking dish. Lay chicken on top of beans. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
