This is from Gimme Some Oven. These noodles are fast, easy, and delicious. Top with veggies and/or proteins if you like, or enjoy them plain. They're great warm or cold!!
1 lb (16 oz) uncooked pasta (linguine is good)
¼ C low-sodium soy sauce
2 T rice vinegar
1 T toasted sesame oil
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp chili garlic sauce or sriracha
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
½ C thinly-sliced green onions
toasted sesame seeds
Cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Meanwhile, whisk together all other ingredients except for the green onions and the sesame seeds. When the pasta is ready, drain it, then immediately toss it with the sauce and the green onions to combine.
Serve warm or cold, sprinkled with sesame seeds and any other toppings you like.
