I'm not sure where I first found this recipe. I relied on it heavily in my dairy-free and low-carb days. It's fast and easy, pretty healthy for you, and so dense and rich-tasting.
1 carton silken tofu
½ C melted chocolate chips
½ C peanut or almond butter
Thoroughly drain off any water from the tofu package. Break the tofu into 4 or 5 big pieces and drain thoroughly. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Chill and serve.
